1. Sign up for the dance recital at the Program Desk from September 28th - December 23rd. Anyone registering after December 23rd will be charged a $25.00 late fee. We will not be able to take any late registrants after January 15th or once the costumes have been ordered.
2. Bring your child consistantly to class. Teachers reserve the right to remove a child from a class roster due to excessive absences whether or not they have been excused.
3. Once your child is registered for a class, they should remain in that class all year. Once we receive your recital registration form, no class switches will be allowed.
4. Children will be measured for their costumes during the first 2 weeks of January. If your child is not in class these weeks, the instructor will estimate your child's size.
5. Costumes will be ordered by the HealthQuest Dance Academy by the end of January to ensure delivery in a timely manner.
6. Once costumes have been ordered - if you drop out of the recital but remain in class, you will receive your costume when they are given out in class at the end of May. No refunds after 1/1/2010. If you have enrolled in the dance recital & drop out of that dance class, you will be called by the Program Desk to pick up your costume - this may be after the recital date. All costumes not picked up by the end of June will become the property of HealthQuest.
7. Your child's class will have a designated day & time for dress rehearsal. Younger children will be scheduled earlier and old childer will be scheduled later. Days & times of dress rehearsal will be provided as we get closer to the recital.
8. The dance recital is an exciting and important commitment. We will be having 2 performances that day, so your child may be dancing at different times during the day depending on how many classes they are in & when they are. PLEASE LEAVE THE HOURS OF 10:00AM TO 4:00PM AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CHILD'S PERFORMING EXPERIENCE.
9. Just a reminder - If you choose to participate in the dance recital, you are responsible for your family or parent/child membership through June 30th.
The HealthQuest Dance Recital will be held at
Hunterdon Central High School on Saturday, June 5th.
The dress rehearsals will be schedules on
Thursday, June 3rd & Friday, June 4th from 4:00-8:00pm.
The cost is $50.00 per child per class which includes
the costume & the rental of the theater.
2 free recital tickets are included with each registered recital class.
Additional tickets may be purchased for $10.00 each.
